The data controller within the meaning of the GDPR is Maison TALLI, a sole proprietorship under German law owned by Sonny Ubertalli.

What this website collects

The contact form collects your name, email address, intended stay dates and number of guests where you provide them, along with the content of your message. That information is forwarded by email to info@maisontalli.com: it is neither stored on this site nor written to a database at that point. Apart from this form, the site collects nothing you have not chosen to send us.

Analytics: Google Analytics is loaded only after you explicitly agree, in the banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, no analytics cookie is set. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (key talli-analytics-consent); that is a technical record, not an advertising cookie. You can change it at any time through the “Privacy” button at the bottom of the page.

Server logs: our host records incoming requests (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security and for the site to work.

If you contact us

When you write to us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we keep your contact details, the subject of your enquiry and the history of our exchanges in our client management tool (Airtable), in order to answer you and organise your stay.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the service contract, then our legitimate interest in keeping a record of the client relationship.

Booking file

When a booking is confirmed, the owner or their agency requires an identification file: identity document, proof of address, and a police registration form for the stays concerned. These are submitted through a private, secure form (private.maisontalli.com), reachable only through a personal single-use link that is not indexed.

These documents are used solely to put together the booking file and are never passed to anyone other than the owner or agency concerned.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold, rented or traded. It is accessible to Sonny Ubertalli and to the technical providers strictly required: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivery of contact form messages), Airtable (client management), Google (analytics, if you accepted it), and the owner or agency concerned by your stay.

Some of these providers are established in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: 3 years from the last contact. Booking files and accounting records: 10 years, the statutory accounting retention period. Identity documents: deleted at the end of the stay, unless the law requires otherwise. Analytics: 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise them, write to info@maisontalli.com. We answer within one month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country where you live: in France the CNIL (cnil.fr), in Germany, where the business is established, the LDI Nordrhein-Westfalen (ldi.nrw.de).
