How Maison TALLI works

Maison TALLI is an independent private concierge based in Courchevel 1850. This page states plainly how the service is organised, how it is paid for, and what it does not do. It is kept short on purpose, and reviewed once a year.

Who is behind Maison TALLI?

Maison TALLI is run by Sonny Ubertalli, who has worked in Courchevel since 2008 and handles every stay personally. There is no call centre and no account manager who changes from one season to the next. The person who answers your first message is the person who meets you in resort.

How does Maison TALLI get paid?

Maison TALLI never issues an invoice for your stay. The property is invoiced to you by the agency or the owner, and each provider bills you directly for what they supply. Maison TALLI is paid a commission by those partners, so using the concierge does not add a line to what you pay.

Is Maison TALLI a tour operator or a travel agency?

No. Maison TALLI does not sell packages, does not contract on your behalf and never holds your money. It finds, organises and supervises. The contract stays between you and each provider, which is why every document carries your name and not ours.

Which languages do you work in?

French, English, Arabic and Mandarin Chinese, spoken and written, for the whole stay and not only at the booking stage.

Where do you operate?

Courchevel 1850 first, and the wider Three Valleys when a stay calls for it. The coverage is deliberately narrow. A concierge is useful because they know one resort in detail, not because they cover many of them loosely.

How many stays do you take each season?

A deliberately small number, because Sonny is present in resort for each one. That sets a limit no amount of demand changes. Peak weeks, meaning Christmas, New Year and the February half term, are usually settled several months ahead.

Can you work alongside our travel agent or family office?

Yes, and it is a common arrangement. Maison TALLI works with agencies, tour operators and family offices, taking care of the in-resort side while your usual contact keeps the client relationship.

What does the concierge actually cover?

Finding and securing the property, then everything the stay needs around it. Private chef and household staff, driver, airport and helicopter transfers, restaurant and nightlife reservations, ski instructors and lift passes, childcare, spa and wellness, and the everyday requests that come up once you have arrived.
