Do we have to go to a shop to try the equipment?
No. Skis, boots and helmets are brought to the chalet and fitted there, in the ski room. You click in on the first morning without setting foot in a shop.

Can we change skis during the stay?
Yes. A change in snow conditions or a level that improves often justifies a different ski, and the swap happens at the chalet.
